"We rented two rooms and could not even take a shower or brush our teeth, the water pressure was non-exsistant, it wouldn't even wash out our toothbrushes. It is terrible to spend 144.00 and can't even shower. When we checked out and complained about not having a shower, we were not apologized to but only told it was not the fault of the hotel, that the whole city had no water pressure. A relative of ours that we visited, said she had no trouble with water pressure and she lives a couple of blocks from this hotel. The shift manager was very unprofessional and unsympathetic. It would have helped to at least apologized and offered an discount. We are scheduled to stay in Austin at the Holiday Inn and are very nervous about that stay, we have always enjoyed the Holiday Inn, but sometimes one bad apple does spoil the whole bunch. I will return to Stephenville at least every two months, but I will not stay at this Holiday Inn. The shift managers name was Latisha Houlguin and she need alot more training in customer service. I own a business and my daughter who was with me works for the public and we were both appauled at her skills."
